Love this cheddar powder
Love love love this cheddar powder. We use it on popcorn, add it to Mac for Mac and cheese, homemade Chex mix & also make crackers with it. So yummy! Nice color, good texture/thickness.

Useful
This cheese powder is great in a pinch or to enhance flavor. It smells good and if cooked properly the texture should turn out smooth. The ingredients are clean. I add garlic and onion powder and a little Dijon mustard to the mix to lift the flavor.

Love it! While it's not Smartfood level of tasty, it's not a regret. I'll prly try a diff brand next time for comparison, but it'll take me quite a while to go through this. No regrets, even if it doesn't really taste like white cheddar

Delectable flavor! It may seem pricey but it's worth every penny! The ingredients say it all - largely made from cheese and milk products - it's the real deal. I use a small strainer to sift it over lightly buttered popcorn - yummy!

As advertised but doesn’t add much to flavor to my popcorn.
The quality of the powder is good and it has a good texture. I just don’t think it has enough flavor as an additive to popcorn.

My family was already a big fan of the yellow cheddar cheese by Hoosier Hill Farm (our kids woun't eat pasta without it!), this white cheddar is a nice compliment to the yellow cheddar since it's a softer & more subtle taste, a nice change and option to have when seasoning popcorn, salads, pasta ... Looooove it!

I love the fact that this is gluten free, amazing taste and now I can enjoy cheesepopcorn and macoroni and cheese again. It is expensive but what cheese isn't?
