Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder, 2LB (Pack of 1)

This stuff is gold. It's like a big jar the a kraft white cheddar powder pack that comes in the box. It can be lumpy so mix with milk and butter. Great in white sauce and qui k Mac n cheese. I like to add unflavored protein and put it kn protein pasta and its a high protein junk food snack. Ok in moderation definitely not a health food.

If you like to make some nice home cooked pasta, sprinkling this stuff on top is much more flavorful than the standard store powdered cheese that is cut with anti-clumping bulking powder. Seriously. I tried the store stuff recently and it was tasteless by comparison. Spend the money on this.

Love it! While it's not Smartfood level of tasty, it's not a regret. I'll prly try a diff brand next time for comparison, but it'll take me quite a while to go through this. No regrets, even if it doesn't really taste like white cheddar

I love using this to make mac and cheese. I always did like the powder from Kraft until I learned what was in it. This makes the same thing but SO much better!!!! Healthier and Tastier!!!! Plus I use it to cook with when I want a bit of cheese taste. I use it in all kinds of recipes. I highly recommend it!!

This cheese is so good on popcorn. We pop our own on the stovetop and sprinkle this on. Can tell it’s real cheese without junky fillers and preservatives. Makes the popcorn way healthier and more fulfilling than the grocery store popcorn seasoning. We are on our second container and will continue to purchase .

The quality of the powder is good and it has a good texture. I just don’t think it has enough flavor as an additive to popcorn.

My family was already a big fan of the yellow cheddar cheese by Hoosier Hill Farm (our kids woun't eat pasta without it!), this white cheddar is a nice compliment to the yellow cheddar since it's a softer & more subtle taste, a nice change and option to have when seasoning popcorn, salads, pasta ... Looooove it!
