I purchased two of these phones for my businesses. One of them did not work properly from day one. It would constanlty cut out and often you couldn't hear out of the receiver. I sent it back. The second one is still working but the buttons are hard to push down when dialing and the overal quality of the phone isn't great. I would not puchase these phones again.

I purchased this phones and the extra headsets to go with it. They are not easy to program and the sound is awful!!!
