Waste of money on useless trash
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This product is useless and fraudulent. Reposting this review for visibility because this was exactly our experience. Don’t buy this. I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. 1) The balloon itself isn’t normal, it isn’t elastic enough at the end to stay on the helium tank - you have to use your fingers to try to create a seal. If you are able to that you’ll quickly learn it also can’t be tied like a regular balloon. The instructions suggest using string or a ribbon, of course that isn’t airtight and your helium will leak out within minutes. I was able to overcome these problems with some extra work but it was not worth it. 2) Each balloon requires 2 AA batteries that are not included. The batteries anchor helium balloons because they are so heavy. 3) To get the lights on the balloon, you have to use little circle stickers to affix the twinkle light wires to the outside of the balloon. It does not work. They fall off. Each time that I thought I had used enough stickers, the dang lights would fall off in a tangle. Also, they are balloons so they change in size which makes the wires fall off. They absolutely cannot be played with in anyway since the wires are on the outside. 9 people found this helpful

TOTAL WASTE AND VERY DISAPPOINTING
I HATED everything about this Product. The opening where u infate them was super stuck together, very hard to separate. When we were finally able to separate it, it was huge and was very hard to inflate. The lights go TAPED ON THE OUTSIDE IF THE BALLOON. Then as the cherry on top, even when full of helium, they would not stay up. we were not even able to use them. Dont waste your time or money.

Beautiful!
I purchased these balloons for our son's rehearsal dinner as a part of the tablescape. We were not disappointed! We had no problems inflating the balloons with helium and not only did they last all night, but we donated them for a snow themed event the next day. After the balloons are no longer needed, you can still take the lights and use them for something else as they are fairy lights. These balloons set the tablescapes apart. I would highly recommend these balloons and would purchase them again.

Cute but big headache- they shrink!
These look cool, very labor intensive and require 2 AA batteries each. You need a machine to blow them up! Here’s the problem, if it’s cold out at all or you need to transport them, they shrink like crazy once you have the wires taped on. Soooo frustrating! I reinflated a few but they can become a huge headache and take a lot of time to get right. If the fan warms up and blows warmer air in them, more risk of shrinkage. So I let it sit for an hour in between each balloon to make sure it was blowing cool air. Honestly a huge headache.

Beautiful but Stressful!
Essentially this is a wired string light with a strong clear plastic balloon. Sounds simple enough. NOPE, but maybe im just scary. I tested the product in advance at home because I read the reviews. You blow up the balloon and wrap the string around. it IS a good heavy plastic balloon, but the mouth is wide, so blowing and tying are challenge. At home I used a hand pump, those are the first two photos. You wrap the string light around the balloon1 (one) time I used the seam as a guide and fix with tiny tape provided (hard to get off the page) Unraveling the wire takes time, as well as filling the balloon. At the party I had helium. I couldn't get the first balloon tied, the second one exploded when the sharp wire edge of the light poked the ballon while I was trying to tape. 30 min later I had to settle for 2 balloons instead of the 6 I had intended. All of the lights worked, but the battery cases come off easily, I recommend scotch tape. I also recommend a tying string that is not the lights to the balloon for control and handling. Maybe I'm just to anxious but pulling the balloon my the string light gave me palpitations. So, unravel lights, fill balloon, tie with knot and string then attach string light. If balloons popping make you nervous, sit this one out, but if you have time and patience they are stunning and make a huge impact.

Neat concept but falls short…
I love the idea behind this, and for the 5 minutes it stayed together, it looked great. A few things to point out: 1) you’re supposed to stretch the balloons out a bit before inflating, and that was not easy to do. 2) the part of the balloon that you fit over a helium nozzle is HUGE, which made inflation a little difficult. 3) the instructions say something about the fact that the balloons *can* inflate to 16-20 in, but they don’t specify that they *must* be inflated to that size for there to be any hope that the balloon will float with the lights attached. 4) the stickers that come with the kit to attach the string of lights to the balloon are flimsy and not very strong. I’m not sure how it would’ve worked with regular tape bc I couldn’t find any. But within 5 mins of attaching the lights to the balloon, the stickers would give way to the weight of the lights and come unstuck. 5) it is very difficult to try to tie the end of the balloon bc of the thickness of the material and bc it doesn’t stretch much. So the helium leaks out very slowly. Even if the stickers did stick well, at some point once enough helium leaked out, the balloons would fall bc of the weight of the lights. If those things could remedied somehow, these would really look great! The lights are a pretty good quality and we’ll find a good use for them.

Very pretty
I found the hack of placing a large balloon inside of it and then inflating it worked amazingly for an easy "first stretch". A couple popped when placing the lights over it - i suspect those were filled a bit too much and popped when the lights were pulled on it too tightly. Overall, it's beautiful and added to my decor nicely. Definitely more impactful in dimmer/darker settings.
