Great cost, great results
You get a lot of tablets for your money. Cost effective and the pills are so tiny yet have such a great amount of iron in them. I used to hate taking iron pills but I love taking these ones as they are so easy to swallow. I do see a positive change in my energy. I'm not as tired as I used to be and I am no longer anemic!

Perfect for a frequent blood donor who avoids most meats
I donate blood every 8 weeks without pause. I am an upper middle aged male adult who exercises on a daily basis. I've found that taking one of these iron tablets every other day keeps my iron levels in the middle of the acceptable range for donation. If I stop taking the iron tablets, my iron level will gradually decrease over the course of several months. As far as diet, I've played around with vegan but am back to eating some meats. I avoid red meat and pork but will occasionally have chicken. I avoid dairy and instead drink calcium fortified almond milk. I've noticed no side effect or adverse reactions to these iron tablets. Very affordable and convenient!

My daughter and I are both anemic, and require a daily iron supplement. We decided to give this one a try. My daughter likes that the pills are smaller and easier to swallow than the one we were using before, and that unlike our previous supplement. There's no after taste.
