Works at 3V3 without needing the blue wire as a control.
I use this fan/heatsink on all my CM4 devices.I use it on the 3V3 supply not 5V (pin 1 on the 40 pin header from the main boards, if fitted).Keeps the CM4 cool without fan making too much noise.
