Older Beginner Piano Course Level 1

This book is perfect for adults who want to cut to the chase and progress from complete beginner (without any musical knowledge or reading of music) to playing tunes within a relatively short space of time. It could be used without a teacher but not recommended.

A great resource to teach chords once a person can read notes, but not a systematic beginner book. It progresses too fast.

This is an excellent book for the older beginner, it is really helping me to use my keyboard. Highly recommend it.

My piano teacher uses this book for us older beginners. The note values are written in American, as it's an American book but I just score them out and write the European values in. Moves at quite a fast pace but at our age we should be able to keep up!

Just taken up piano lessons aged 48 and this book was recommended by my tutor. So far very easy to use and gives warm up sequences and revision pages.
