Lime sparkling mixer
I love the taste, I don’t mix it with anything. Just too expensive. Worth it if you have it!

Better than a bartender!
I ordered this because I just thought that it would go really well with Tequila. On its own its not bad, but splashed on a serving of tequila it's fantastic. Unfortunately I have to order it on-line and wait for delivery 3 weeks later - but its worth it. Many of the mixers are just remarkable. I'm also a big fan of the Grapefruit with tequila as well. I have subscriptions for about 4 of the mixers, and frankly its better than anything a bartender can come up with.

Not yummy. I taste no yuzu, and I lived in Japan for 6 years. I know yuzu. Might be OK as a mixer for a dry dry drink, but that's about it

Yeah fevertree!
Crisp taste! Love this brand in all flavors! Took one star off due to poor packaging. One bottle smashed inside ...had to wash all others due to tiny shards of glass. Needs padding as its glass bottles!

Unfortunately Sparkling Lime & Yuzu Not for Yuzu Fans
I returned from Singapore with a taste for yuzu and tried tracking down every product I could find. I tend to like Fever-Tree beverages, my favorite being the Elderflower Tonic (which reminds me of the UK). I looked for their Sparkling Lime & Yuzu flavor at various groceries and markets but could only find it on Amazon and only in a 24-bottle quantity. So I ordered it and will continue to work my way through it, but after my second bottle, I'm convinced that even though yuzu juice is listed in the ingredients, the lime flavor overwhelms it. My husband thinks it would be a good mixer with vodka. I have also tried Target's Good and Gather brand of Yuzu Mandarin Sparkling Water also where the yuzu seems overwhelmed by the mandarin. I also don't like the taste of Sanzo Yuzu with Ginger Sparkling Water. I did purchase a product on Amazon which is very much like what is served in Singapore: Danongwon Korean Sliced Citron Tea - Yuzu 35OZ, Hot Cold Beverage Drink Salad Sauce Spread Jam Citrus. I also like Trader Joe's Sparkling Coconut Water with Yuzu which I also could only find on Amazon. ("Yuzu is the most popular acidic fruit grown commercially in Japan. The origin of yuzu is highly debated — many believe it is a cross between a mandarin orange and a lesser-known citrus called papeda.") Some say a Meyer lemon is similar, but I don't really like Meyer lemons, whereas I love yuzu.
