Sometimes it happens it was damaged in the mail . Not anybody ,s fault .So dont let it stop you from buying one they are nice looking little guitars when all there parts are there and not broken .

I went through 12. That's right, 12 of these and literally every single one was defective/broken right out of the box. I don't know if this is a new thing with the bad quality or what, but it's super disappointing. This is a product that I really wanted to love, but this is just unacceptable 😕

Product came in a nice box but unfortunately the box was smashed and misshapen. Strings were all unstrung, had to reset the strings. Guitar has a nice finish but fret board is cheapy. I was going to give as a gift but I’ll keep it.
