This has become my go-to for relief of TMJ symptoms. All I have to do is keep them in my freezer and whenever my jaws are really bothering me, I'll pull one (or both) out and apply some conductive gel (I prefer a third-party lavender ultrasound gel I bought separately) to the aching areas and just apply the cryostim(s) right where it hurts. It only takes a few minutes and I feel the tension melting away (pun sort of intended). I've also used them for pain at the base of my skull with migraine and found relief that way. These are really quite handy and helpful. Wish I had encountered them years ago!

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Just had carpul tunnel and trigger finger surgery. This stick is the coldest and most amazing post physical therapy anyone could ask for. Numbs the area fast, not cold like a ice pack. Best 20 dollars I've spent.

I LOVE this!! I purchased it for OA in my thumb and it does help. If I start feeling the beginning of a migraine in my traps, it can stop it cold! Pun intended though it really does work. Very happy with purchase!!

The probes are very good, taking the place of holding an ice pack to the part of the body being treated. They're easy to handle, light-weight, and retain the coldness required for about a 20-minute treatment. Having another one in reserve is very beneficial. The gel bottle is too small. These were recommended by my Chiropractor to pin point the ache and get deep into the tissue. They work very well. Only wish a bigger bottle of gel was included. The 2oz. bottle doesn't last very long.

Used these back in massage school. Loved them. Haven't tried the gel yet, but massage lubricants always worked well anyway. These stay cold for a very long time

Exactly the same as cryo probes used at physical therapy. Perfect for small areas like fingers. Maintains cold temp for long session and definitely helps with pain and inflammation. Make sure to use gel and keep probe moving to avoid damage to the skin!
