I bought the Joyful Heart Wireless Buetooth Headphones so I could walk in the pool while listening to radio and music. I walk at least an hour a day and use my iPhone to keep me entertained. New rules at the pool made me switch from a bluetooth speaker to headphones. I was aware when I purchased the unit that it was not submersible, so I am careful to keep it above water. They have been splashed but keep on working well. My only complaint is that I get slight signal cutout if I move more than 30 feet or so from my phone. But after some experiment I found out that by facing the phone I can avoid the cutout. The quality of the Joyful Heart sound is superior. Much better than any other bluetooth device I've tried so far. The earbuds fit very well and are quite comfortable, offering 3 size choices. Overall, a superior product.

These wireless headphones are amazing! I unboxed and paired them with my Apple 2 watch, iPhone 7+, mac laptop and an old iPad and had NO issues. Other bluetooth headphones took forever to pair or often didn't pair. I ran (and sweated profusely) in them and they never moved which was a huge plus. The best thing about them is they do NOT have the big sensor half way between the cord that my old headphones had which bounced on my neck unless I tucked it into my sports bra which was super annoying. Great headphones!UPDATE!! After having these headphones for only 6 months they have stopped working. The piece that covers the volume control fell off as well and they will not always pair with my watch either. So disappointing BUT I contacted Joyful heart and they are AMAZING! They are sending me a replacement set of headphones. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Thank you, Jessie, for being so quick to respond!

I bought these to use for swimming. They failed 20 feet into the first lap. I went back and read the info and it said waterproof (but not for swimming). Anyway, these are the best bluetooth earphones I've ever had, and I go through a lot. They are a little heavy but the ear hooks hold them in place perfectly, even while running. The sound quality is excellent.

Amazing Customer Service! This is how all companies should treat their customers. My concerns were addressed in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday. I was issued a replacement pair that are working beautifully. The headphones are comfortable and have great sound quality. My only regret is not getting these headphones a lot earlier, like years ago. I highly recommend these headphones for using during home and gym workouts when watching TV...makes a world of difference. I also highly recommend this company for their great customer service and quick resolve to any issues.

UPDATE: 2018/04/27Ironically, my JH-800 Bluetooth earbuds failed for the second time in less than a year only days after I wrote a glorious review of both the product and the customer service. The issue last time was a short in the connecting wire. This time, the power button has quit working. I called the number for Joyful Heart (which I also verified from my previous issue) on April 23 starting at 1:06pm EST. The greeting concerned me, since it didn't verify the company name nor offer a greeting. It just verified that I had called the number dialed. I made multiple calls and provided them my contact number and email. I didn't get a reply and texted them as well at 3:17pm EST. I provided my phone number and email address on both calls and message. It is now 4 days later and I haven't received any acknowledgement of my contacts. I suspected they may have gone out of business, but see they still have their products listed on Amazon for sale. If I get a reply from them, I will update with the results. At this time, however, I am reducing my 5 start rating to a single star for both the product, due to durability and the service, which has seemingly ended. That's too bad, because until now, they had been a sincere pleasure to work with. I had to buy another Bluetooth set elsewhere, in the meantime. I will be evaluating that shortly.UPDATE: 2018/04/15 6 months after getting my very friendly and fast replacement, Joyful Heart Sports Bluetooth Headphones are still my favorite choice of the many I have purchased. For the price, they are much more incredible than you may expect. The sound, the fit, the battery life and most of all; the customer service! I am ordering another pair soon.I purchased a pair of the Joyful Heart JH-800 Wireless Headphones in July. I loved the volume, clarity and volume of the product. They also fit very nicely, staying snugly put without being uncomfortable. My pair developed a short in the right side which caused the left side to short out. I called Joyful Heart and in minutes I had a replacement pair on the way. They were wonderful to work with. We did hit a snag in the return process, as the replacement pair was apparently a refurbished pair that would not charge. I contacted them again. They expedited another pair to me and everything was good again. I really enjoy these earbuds and the customer service was exceptional.

Fantastic quality and great sound. I use them in the pool daily. Bluetooth was very easy to pair and has a long range. I use them with my iWatch and iPhone. They replaced my Bose ear buds, they are that nice. I bought a pair for my niece also!

these sound great and can take a beating unlike the overpriced beats i bought that did not even last me a month and I was 2x as dumb because i bought 2 pair befor i bought theseto put it in perspective these have nice bass high volume decent range and about 5-6 hours of battery life.In regards to sound quality if Beast by dre Powerbeats are a 10 These are at least a 9 really a 9.5 in my opinionOne down side the headphones create a vacuum in your ear and it can hurt to take them out. the way i solved this problem is by taking the ear buds from the powerbeats and placed it on these. That's what took theses to the next level for me. The powerbeats earbuds sell for cheap online. In my opinion they are well worth it to replace the earbuds for these headphones
