THERABAND Resistance Bands Set, Elastic Bands for Exercise & Physical Therapy, Strength Training for Upper & Lower Body Fitness

I bought this THERABAND resistance band set to use at home for strength training and some light physical therapy work, and it has been excellent so far. The bands feel durable and high quality, not like the cheap ones that snap or lose elasticity quickly. Each band has a different resistance level, which makes it easy to progress as you get stronger or adjust depending on the exercise. I’ve been using them for stretching, shoulder rehab, and adding resistance to basic workouts, and they’ve held up really well. They’re also lightweight and easy to store, which makes them perfect for travel or quick workouts without needing bulky equipment. What I appreciate most is how versatile they are. These bands are tough if you plan on using them for PT. I think for able bodied people these would work well.

Purchased these from Amazon for home use. Note: there are different strengths available for purchase, lighter to heavy resistance. These are helpful and can be used to exercise while sitting or laying.

These bands are awesome! I found out about There and from my physical therapist. I figured the brand must be good since it's being used professionally and my assumption was right. I've bought some cheap resistance bands and can honestly say that they're not all the same. One of the best ways to piss yourself off is having one of your cheap bands snap at full extension. First there will be confusion, then the pain starts to set in and your skin starts to welt up, then the pain hits it's peak and you're yelling WTF and then the anger sets in....and of course it's the bands fault for snapping and not your fault for buying the cheaper option. Since the above happened, I was reluctant to get more resistance bands BUT I do micro workouts throughout the day and the bands are my go-to for these workouts. These Therabands have held up to all of my abuse with no problems or any signs of damage. I'll sling them behind my office chair and do chest presses, sit on the band and do military press or tricep extensions, put it under my feel and do curls.....all while in my chair. You can get a pretty good pump from these and you can get very creative on how to utilize these for different exercises. My physique has definitely change quickly after doing these micro workouts throughout the day and I owe a lot of it to resistance bands.

QUALITY. Kid uses this brand at competitive gymnastics practice and asked to buy a few for home. They never seemed to go on sale.

These bands are thick & strong. I use it to strengthen my shoulders & back. It’s easy to use & pull. You just have to work your way up to the harder ones. The colors in order of strength is Blue/Black & Silver. Silver being the strongest. It’s crazy how something as simple as a resistance band can give you muscles. The bands are versatile to give you many different options for exercises. It performs great & very stable.

Therabands are the real thing. I have tried no name versions of these bands and they don't work as well as Therabands. For some reason these bands make you exert force over a wider range of stretch

Great length so can be doubled up for greater resistance. Good quality and brand I trust. Easy to use.
