Great way to start strength training!
made in the United States! Great Price. Great way to start working your weak muscle groups to start building up strength and it's Latex-Free. I would go on YouTue and type in "How to use the Resistance Bands on..." Lowerback, upperback, arms or legs so that you have a idea on how to use them for your needs. I use them for my lowerback and it works great. Just keep working out and in weeks you will see results. Am going to buy some more of the TheraBand Resistance Bands Set. They work much better then what a Bowflex does & i use to have a Bowflex. The only problume i had. The blue strap has already broken in half and I have to use the other two Resistance Bands. If it has a rip or a cut on them dont us it. Return them A.S.A.P.
