Strap B DOES work for the RB67 (and RZ67)
There are a couple of bad reviews for this strap suggesting that "Strap B" doesn't fit the Mamiya RB67, so right off the bat let's clear that up: it fits just fine. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but it works. I'm going to add some photos to show how it's done on the RZ67, which uses the exact same lugs as the RB67. The main thing to remember is that the metal clip end is NOT one piece (even though it kind of looks like that at first glance). It's two pieces with a spring tension holding them together. By pressing the lug against the inside of the clip, you can force those two section to separate, widening the hole and allowing the lug to slide right into place. Then you need to ensure that no part of the metal clip is hung up on the outside portion of the lug, If it is, press back on it toward the camera until the whole unit has cleared that circular outer portion of the lug. Then slide the black plastic piece down so that it's wedged underneath those two little tabs on the back of the metal clip. That plastic wedge ensures that the two halves of the clip can never separate by accident. If you're still having trouble figuring it out, the packaging does suggest going to the website at optechusa. com where they have a video explaining how it's done. Now, as far as the strap itself is concerned, it's pretty great. I haven't ever had a strap on this camera until now, so I can't really compare with other straps or the claimed 50% perceived weight reduction. I can definitely say that it makes a world of difference compared to handholding it, and it is surprisingly comfortable when wearing around the neck. The padding soft and thick, and the inside has an anti-slip surface that works well when it's slung over a shoulder. It's designed to stretch a small amount, acting as sort of a shock absorber, and I'm sure that's part of how they figure the apparent weight reduction. There's a spine along the top that keeps the stretchy part from stretching TOO far, which keeps it from turning into a spring-loaded projectile in extreme cases. The foam portion of the strap can be removed via some heavy duty clips, so if you have multiple cameras you can just buy the ends from the company and attach the foam part to whatever camera you're using at the moment. Or you can swap out the foam part of the strap for another one. I'm not sure why you'd do that, but you can do it if you want. Overall it's a great strap, well worth the money if you're currently handholding a beast like this.

Very well made camera strap.
I use this strap for my Mamiya 645E, and the clips fit the lugs properly and securely. I was skeptical of the fact that the strap does have buckles, but after receiving it, you can feel that those buckles are made with VERY strong plastic and shouldn’t give out. The neck pad seemed odd at first with the small grip beads on the inside, but after using it, it was comfortable and helped make sure the strap didn’t move around. Overall, a very good strap for those looking to carry your medium format film cameras around.

A Quality Camera Strap
Great strap, which I use on my Hasselblad. It's comfortable due to adequate foam padding. It's also sturdy; I can leave my camera hanging around my neck or shoulder as I walk down the street without fear that the strap will fail. It features two quick release buckles, which come in very handy. First off, if you feel the need to remove the strap, you can just unclip it, and you're left with two small nylon straps attached to the side of the camera, which are much less obtrusive. Second, if the strap gets twisted and you don't feel like figuring out how it got that way, just unclip one of the buckles, straighten it, and reattach. The only potential downside is figuring out the attachment of the clips, even though instructions are provided. It took me just a few minutes to figure out. Of course, this may not be a problem if you're using this to replacing another strap you already know how to use.

Good Camera Strap
I bought this to go with my Mamiya RB67 and it works perfectly. The strap feels comfortable and holds all the weight of the camera with the lens and prism very well. I did have a little trouble attaching it to the camera and you really have to make sure the clips lock into place but after that you're good to go.

Fits Mamiya 645 Super (Sort of)
TL;DR: With slight coaxing and some force, you can get the strap (style B) to fit on the Mamiya 645 Super's right-side strap lug. The only issue is that the strap bumps up against the winding knob on the film back, but it's not a major one. ---------------------------------- I bought a Mamiya 645 Super recently and the strap they included did not fit on it. I looked around for a while and this strap was the closest replacement I could find (Style B). I needed to coax the spring steel portion of the strap to go further out when I was pressing it onto the right side of the Super's strap lugs and it fit okay; though, it does bump up against the film back's winding knob a little bit. This was a better solution for me than buying an OG strap for ~$200 and is more secure than some other alternatives I tried (the foam part of the strap is also pretty comfortable, so that's great).

Terrible for RB67 (or equally heavy systems)
Cons: * When suspended there's no way to make it go vertically face down (lens facing down). This means it's gonna stay horizontally in the orientation one would typically use it while taking photos and so there is no way you could walk comfortably while the strap is on. You have to keep holding the camera anyways. To facilitate this, given that the lug has a shaft that has a square cross section and not circular, the metal hinge that goes onto the lug could have a mechanism that rotates at least for 90 degrees so that while shooting we can tilt the camera horizontally and hold it and once done it goes back facing vertically downwards. If the wordings are unclear feel free to reach out for a more productive design feedback. * The RB67 with a 127 mm lens and a 120 back weighs about 2.7 kgs (~ 6 lbs) and I am very interested in knowing where the claims of making it feel 50% lighter comes from and the science behind that claim. For half an hour of use and walking around even when holding it with one hand for the most part, I got terrible neck pain that would probably last for days. Probably it's a terrible design in the first place to go for this neck strap for such a heavy camera system while people using lighter DSLRs prefer shoulder straps. My bad I underestimated this. I should have guessed. Moot point of designing and marketing this whole thing for such an use case. Definitely not recommended for the neck unless you are Arnold Schwarzenegger. Using it by hanging it on one of the shoulders isn't gonna be comfortable either. Pros (kind of): * Looks like it's made up of good quality materials. Though I would not trust the black buckles to hold such a heavy weight of RB67 system for long. Maybe okay for systems less than 2 or 3 lbs in total.

Helluva COMFORTABLE strap!
Great strap! Modified it a bit for use with a medium format Bronica camera. A noticable difference when lugging the camera around your neck or shoulder. The neoprene material and flexibility is a MARKED difference from the original one. As alwaoys, another great product from Op/Tech USA!

Great professional solution
Having acquired a Contax 645 Medium format camera I realised I needed a strong durable camera strap that would fit the Contax camera lugs securely without the anxiety of any issues supporting such a unique camera. Having read many reviews and forums in reality Op/Tech Super Pro B Strap met all my expectations. The strap can be purchased with the A or B Strap and as described by many photographers the B strap connectors were a perfect fir for the Contax 645 with lockable sliding mechanism at each connector that reinforces the attachments giving you more peace of mind where your camera support is concerned. The strap support is made well, wide and sufficiently padded to demand the name of Super "Pro" and initially feels comfortable although I have yet take a lengthy walkabout with it. So I will report back about my experience. The great feature is that you can detach the connector straps from the shoulder pad and connect the appropriate Op/Tech connectors for any other camera whilst taking advantage of a quality support system. I would recommend this strap to any semi pro/pro photographer who wishes to support their Contax 645 kit or any other camera the B straps fit using a well constructed product from an established manufacturer. Before you purchase make sure you check if your camera connectors support the A or B Strap connectors

Good for my Mamiya Rb67
I bought this to use with my Mamiya Rb67 and it is very good. The pad on the neck makes it comfortable and the camera feels secure. It has held up very well with time!
