Easy to use and decent size for the price
I was looking for a floor safe to store important docs and valuables. I'm not keen on anything which requires batteries or overly complicated setup so I went for one with straight forward keys. I don't believe a determined thief would have much trouble getting in to this particular box given the portable tools now available but it would definitely slow them a bit. Definitely not suited to storing gold bullion for sure. I also bought fire proof document holder and hopefully between both should protect my valuables. A couple of things to be aware of, firstly if the site where the safe is damp or subject to temperature variations you are going to have potential water/ fungal damage issues as there is no drain holes, also the holes drilled in the sides could also result in water ingress. So basically if you have a dry reasonable warm hidden location this is great for the price.

Decent size, strong and discreet.
This is a decent size for a floor safe, and this is why I bought it. Once bolted in it is going nowhere.It should just fit neatly between your joists, but don't assume that all joists are the same width apart. Mine weren't and it was quite a flaff to fit, but luckily I did have spare timber materials, fixings and tools to make it work and it was very satisfying once completed. It does need to be a fairly exact fit in my opinion as a large gap between the bolted surfaces would cause the box to distort when tightening the bolts, and as my joists were too narrow I had to drill extra holes in it and bolt it on the long side with some 3x2 to pack it out.Not a five minuite job, but worth it in the end!

Floor safe
I had to fit battens under floor to fix to. It took 3 attempts to find a suitable space without pipes or cables in the way. A very good product. I hope it’s never put to the test.

Not discrete packaging!
The product is fine. Works well and is exactly as described.But guys- you put a massive picture of a safe on the delivery box. It sat in my parcel room all day- now all my neighbours will know I have a safe.Imagine I ordered a dildo- would you put a picture of it on the box for the world to see? Don't think so.A bit of empathy please.
