I didn’t like the fact the color trays wouldn’t stay in the hair coloring holder. I also didn’t like the fact that just a few minutes after putting it into my daughters hair it started to come off and looked like she had been punched in the eye from the blue dye getting everywhere. You’re better off going with a different product. I wasn’t impressed in the slightest.

Does not show up on brown hair at all and have to press down very hard to make the color transfer to hair at all. Don’t get this is you have any other hair color than blonde.

My daughter gave these a try. Here's what she had to say:These hair chalks were very disappointing. I was looking forward to having color in my hair, but none of the colors showed up in my hair! It may just be my hair, which is kind of thin and a light golden brown. The chalk might rub off better on thicker hair, but I would not recommend it for someone with hair darker than medium brown or hair that breaks easily.The sponges are flimsy. I had only used it a few times when one of the sponges tore completely out. The chalks are removable and are relatively easy to put in, but removing them is a pill. I got chalk all over my fingers. Thankfully, it is washable. It came off of my hands and out of my hair rather easily.

Color isn't quite as bright as shown but it works and she loves it

This is great for the kids. It is very easy to use. My daughters have dark blonde hair, and the colors came out pretty nice.They like to have different colors, but they are young, so I wouldn't have them actually dye their hair.This is a great option. It's great for Halloween. It came out easily in the shower. I've seen hair chalks before but never one like this where you can use a series of colors. This is really cute and fun. I would recommend it.

I have a nine year old daughter who likes to do hair lites like blue or pink during the summer break. This kit makes the process easier and the additional colors add to the fun.
