Ordered first one, came cracked and with a dent. Doubt it came started like that from factory, but arrived that way. Delivery chain doesn't care that products are damaged in transit. It keeps them in business, right?Requested replacement, arrived week later. Out of box the frame was bowed laterally and vertically. Layed it on flat surface, and it sat like a banana. Total garbage product. Flimsy rails. Required 2 steady handed adults to massage rails to straight as possible, every second hoping rail joints didn't snap apart.THEN had to use a wood router and drop saw to create two wooden slats to mount to backside, into grooves, in attempt to keep cardboard backing flush with plexiglass front so that poster and plexiglass sits flush with frame. Not frustrated. Simply really disappointed in 40 dollar product that isn't worth 10 dollars. Total ripoff.

I’m so annoyed!!! I really liked the 2 pack 16x20 frames I got & wanted a third so all 3 frames would be the same. But no - the frame is much thicker for the single pack than the double, which looks weird. The frame is fine - I’m just annoyed they aren’t all the same.

2 stars because I liked the way the back connected to the frame. However, the plexiglass is awful, it does not lay flat so you cannot get a clear view of the picture. It's like there are waves or ripples throughout. I will be returning this frame.

Construction is good and retainers that make in back in are very easy to use and strong. Clear plastic that takes place of glass in front of picture had a small chip on it, but it was make of a thick material which I loved. Once I inserted the photo, it wasn’t even noticeable. If this weren’t the only problem, it would’ve gotten 5 stars.

Arrived with cracked corner, frame cheap backing is crumbling and obviously not native to US given the spelling on packing despite coming up in my frames USA search

Plastic cover had visible damage on arrival. The clips to hold the back board in place were difficult to remove, and once in initially removed do not easily stay back in place and will pop out during movement. Slightly larger than expected as well, excess backboard visible for my print which measures at 24x36. See attached photos for reference
