Well balanced! Great as a garnish!
Exactly what I expected. The lavender flavors are perfectly balanced in the oil in my opinion. I don’t use this for cooking, but instead as a cocktail garnish, and it adds the extra umph that my cocktail needed.

Great for cakes!
I looked for and purchased this lavender infused olive oil specifically to make olive oil cake, which my family adores. I have used 1 other lavender olive oil before which had actual lavender flowers in it (but is no longer available) and I preferred that product to this one for that reason only. The flavor is still inherent with this option. This is the perfect amount (about 1 cup) of oil to make a single cake recipe. I’ll buy this again and perhaps try a blood orange option as well. For the price, this makes a fabulous cake!

Subtle yet Bold
This is the perfect infused olive oil. The lavender stands out just enough to be noticed but is NOT overwhelming. I love the tin it comes in, you could keep it for a rustic decoration if you wanted.
