Love these!
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has had gingevites, cavities, halitosis, or other bacteria-caused issues. The description of the lozenges notes that they contain s. saliverus and l. reuteri, and that these probiotics have been studied and proven to improve oral health. That claim appears to be true - I would recommend reading Case Adams' book, "Oral Probiotics" if you are skeptical of that claim. I used to believe the hype - floss and brush with a flouride-based toothpaste. My teeth have gotten worse over time - despite brushing all the time, using a waterpik 2X/day, flossing once a day, and using a gum stimulator. I probably spent over 1/2 hour a day on my teeth, all in. And my last appointment was no better than any of the others - still had pockets, more sensitivity for my teeth, etc. Anyway, I had a bunch of stains and some film on my teeth (despite all the above), and when my dentist asked what I was doing differently that might cause the staining and film to grow, That led me to read "Oral Probiotics," and then, indirectly, to these lozenges. Long story short - I have noticed a suddent improvement in my teeth - they are whiter, my tongue isn't coated, I don't have a film over my teeth, my gums feel better. There's nothing to complain about. I have also stopped brushing with fluoride toothpaste (fluoride kills bacteria indescriminately) - Amazon has some good, non-fluoridated Neem toothpaste that works better than anything I've ever used, and my teeth feel smooth. Also, the sensitivity is gone - mind you, I was already using "Sensodyme," so I was pleasently surprised by the results. Also, I feel like I have more energy, and I'm sleeping better. I can't say all this is due to the probiotic lozenges, but I can say my mouth hasn't felt this good in a LONG time. Follow-up: November 18, 2014 So I had a nice visit at the dentist's last week. The shortest visit I can ever remember having - there was nothing for the hygienist to do - she sort of made a half-hearted effort and then called the dentist. The dentist, who usually spends his time chastising me for not brushing and flossing, sort of poked around, said nothing, and sent me on my way. Previous dental visits were about 1.5 hours long, or longer - this took all of 30 minutes, and that counts wait time prior to seeing anyone. Did the dentist rave about my teeth? No, he said nothing. But my last visit he groused about stains, (alleged) poor brushing and flossing, despite me using the fluoride toothpaste he recommended, flossing 2X/day, using a water pik, etc. This time he said zilch, nada, nothing, and I was in and out in record time, and to be honest, I'm spending less time brushing and flossing than before. That says a lot in and of itself. To be clear, I've changed a lot about my oral care - I use Theraneem tooth powder, followed by Coral toothpaste, and before bed I suck on a probiotic lozenge. Given the results, I don't plan on changing anything. At the end of the day, every morning I wake up and there's no coat on my tongue. My teeth feel slippery-fresh, and they're whiter than they have been in years (and still improving). Who am I to argue with success? For anyone who is interested, I would also highly recommend "Oral Probiotics: Fighting Tooth Decay, Periodontal Disease and Airway Infections Using Nature's Friendly Bacteria" by Case Adams Oral Probiotics: Fighting Tooth Decay, Periodontal Disease and Airway Infections Using Nature's Friendly Bacteria

Probiotic Advantage Oral Sinus Definately Works for Me
After suffering from multiple sinus infections and a raging ear infection, I researched probiotics to see if there were any specific strains that might crowd out the pathogenic bacteria and get me well and stay that way. I have now consumed one bottle of Probiotic Advantage Oral Sinus. I'm not sure how effective it is alone for sinus/ears as I have also been utilizing other products as well, so I will only comment on 1 or 2 aspects of this product which i believe are a direct result of supplementing with it. I immediately noticed my teeth felt extremely smooth and clean, and my breath smelled better (i.e., next morning after using the night before). I have been slack on my dental appointments (I'm ashamed to admit it's been 3 years since my last visit), and finally went in for a dental cleaning yesterday. The hygienest was surprised by how clean my teeth were and my pockets were all normal. I was delighted, as previously I hadn't been getting very good reviews from my hygienist. She told me to schedule my next visit in 1 year instead of 6 months (this has never happened to me before), since there was so little scraping needed. FYI, I also swish coconut oil a few days a week, brush my teeth with clay, and floss almost every day. No mouthwash, no toothpaste. I believe there is alot to be said for populating your mouth with good bacteria instead of trying to eradicate all bacteria with traditional mouthwash and toothpaste. I decided to write a review whilst ordering another bottle of it. P.S. My husband has been using a similar product, which also has S. Salivarius. His snoring has reduced ( I think his sinuses have improved by supplementing with S. Salivarius, hence he can breathe better at night) and his breath has definately improved. He won't go to bed without taking it now. Side benefit, is that I'm sleeping better without having to sleep next to what used to sound like a freight train :-).

Seems ok. But way pricier now, so will try others with guaranteed culture quantities
I like that it has a cinnamon flavor instead of the usual mint and I think there is less fuzziness on the teeth in the morning after using this at night, but there is no guarantee as to the lifetime of the bacteria as there is with some other products. Also, now that "Pro Excellence" no longer sells it, the price went way WAY up, from 18 bucks before, to 25. At less than that, I'm going to try PRO-Dental: Probiotics for Oral & Dental Health - Targets Bad Breath at its Source - Top Oral Probiotic Strains Including S. salivarius BLIS K12 & BLIS M18 - Sugar Free (Chewable) - 45 Day Supply

“Area of concern” is gone & teeth and gums stronger!
I have used these for six months and during that time I’ve had an “area of concern” disappear on one of my teeth, the beginnings of gum recessions have reversed and I had no plaque to clean on my last visit! And it had been 4 years since my last visit because of the YouKnowWhat hysterical time. I am using a different brand now that has an additional probiotic strain that doesn’t cost any more than this and will see if it works as well as this. Just an experiment. Not sure how it could be better. Maybe if it makes my teeth white. Or gives me motivation to get through all this paperwork. 😄 Very helpful product.

So Far A Huge Help For Me
I suffer from repeated infections in a salivary gland. I actually had one gland removed years ago for the that reason. I also am prone to throat infections. I have took many prescriptions of antibiotics over the last few years and used listerine mouth wash 3 times every day in my fight to keep the salivary gland healthy. A few months ago my ENT doctor and I discussed all the fight against bacteria in my mouth that may be killing off the good bacteria that I need, causing the whole issue. He told me to stop the mouthwash for a while and no antibiotics. At that time I asked him about oral probiotics (I had actually ran across them on Amazon while shopping for regular probiotics), he wasn't for or against. I tried these Dr. David Williams anyway, for a month now. I am so happy to say I have not had an episode of gland swelling! Or has my throat been inflamed. I guess I needed to supply my oral health with probiotics that I had killed off! And I may be crazy on this last bit of bragging but my teeth appear whiter to me.....Thanks Amazon for having this product. I will continue to use and see what happens as time goes on!

Oral sinus probiotic
The taste was good and I liked that it was dissolvable, but after I got I realized it was just Vit D and zinc, which I already take. It really didn’t make a difference for me in my sinuses
