Can’t ask for better functionality. Been flawless since I bought it. I actually took the ears, mounted the sideways, then screwed it between two studs in my maintenance room. It doesn’t die. Would buy again 100 times over.

Works as promised. In my situation I wish the Ethernet connections and power connection were on one side and the lights on the other. But for the price - it's doing its job and it's only a minor inconvenience.

Work in IT and I've never had anything Tenda. Always Netgear/TP-Link/D-Link/Ubiquiti/Cisco. Ordered this as an emergency replacement for my personal 16 port Netgear that died after 1 year. Did not want to spend a ton of money as some of these 16 port switch prices seem a little crazy. Just needed a simple unmanaged switch. Nice metal case just like the netgear. Dropped it in place 9 devices hooked up w Fiber 1GB symmetrical. Works perfectly. Kind of a weird color and cheesy name and logo, but the dang thing works so who cares. Would buy again.

Running in my home for about 4 months. What I like: Sustains true 1 Gbps wired transfers between devices. Plug-and-play: set it up once and forget it. Compact metal enclosure; easy to place on a shelf/rack. No drops or lockups so far. A reliable 16-port switch for home or small office. It just works.

The box arrived pre-opened (previously returned). The rack ears and attaching screws were missing and 3 of the 4 rubber pads were installed (4th pad was missing). However, the product listing indicated NEW (not refurbished). I returned it with a sticker attached indicating so.
