I was sceptical about this blender with it being priced lower than many other similar products. It is fantastic. It's the only blender I've ever had where you could stick all your smoothie ingredients in and then just set it to smoothie and it blends for a predefined period of time. Seems like a small thing but means you can get on with doing something else. Excellent blender.

I love that it stops by itself. I do have to run it twice to make sure everything in my smoothie is fully chopped but I don't mind. It's 💯 percent better than my last blender.

Cery good and quality

Quality is very bad , the item is in warranty but they are refusing and asking to pay, and delaying by saying they don't have the spare parts

For the money this wasn't the product I was expecting:1) Bad smells from the motor even if you have used it for 10 seconds. Of course after 10 seconds the motor is not hot and and I tried it when there was no food in the mixer. The smell is an industrial kind of smell and makes you wonder what is the safety of smelling these things. I bet you'll lose more health by smelling these odors than any benefit of using the mixer!2) Cheap cheap plastic. That would have been OK for the cheap mixers out there. Yet, when you pay so much money this is not what you expect!3) The cover is a joke! It virtually has no effect on the sound as most of the sound comes from the area below the cover where the motor is located. Of course this is not a problem but just in case you were wondering if the cover really makes a difference. It doesn'tAfter buying hundreds of items from Amazon this is the first one I'm returning. It is really so bad.
