Must have
Working in security for 9 plus years and be through multiple headsets and various different ear tips, this is by far a standout. Working 12 hour shifts in a variety of quiet and loud environments it’s been great, better sound quality that your standard silicone mushroom shape tip. Only consideration where the headset tip fits in to the mould it is quite small. I’m not sure if it would fit a large tip.

Ok, does the job.
It does the job but it’s not easy to remould like the product says. I moulded my right ear and wasn’t fully satisfied with the fit so I re moulded it and it was even worse. The plastic became to spread out. I ended up moulding the left ear instead as it comes with a left and a right mould. If I was to do this again, I would have moulded the left ear fist as practice. Once moulded, the plastic is hard and can become a little uncomfortable if warn for long periods. It would be better if it was silicon instead. That being said, I do have small ears and struggle to wear in ear headphones for longer than 20 minutes.

Misleading product description and photos!!! The photos clearly - and consistently - include what appears to be a lanyard of sorts, however this is NOT included wth the product! There are also insufficient 'plugs' to make the product actually usable - there is one "full" plug (with the logo), and one which is for all intents and purposes "open". Also worth noting that these will adhere to each other if they touch while being heated - I almost ended up with a single 'blob'!

Great product and really pleased with it
Easy to mould and fits nicely in ears, I can easily hear clearly and can wear on a 12 hour shift no problem.

Never got to use ghem
If you have piercings I wouldn’t recommend iv not been able to use them at all. Got them for comfort and the fit but couldn’t get it to mould properly with it was hard work
