Great pistachios at a good price!
I’ve had just about every brand of pistachios on Amazon and these are definitely on par with just about any Turkish pistachio you can find. I originally ordered these because the nutrition label said it had about double the salt of basically all other Turkish pistachios. I’ll admit I love me a good salty pistachio and was curious. But honestly, they aren’t any saltier than other brands on the market. I really think the entire nutrition label is way off haha maybe lost in translation. Too many calories per serving and too high of sodium to start, both which can’t be true. Overall, for the price I highly reccomend these. They are great antep pistachios, fresh, roasted, and a delight to eat. No complaints here!

Unpleasant taste, cannot recommend
These are bulk pistachios that are bagged for weight in the US, so your mileage may vary depending on the lot you receive. Mine were over-roasted and unpleasant - bitter with very little pistachio flavor left in the nuts. They had lost their characteristic green color and looked yellow-brown instead. After tasting a few, I opened a random number and they were all similarly brittle and roasty, not really even fit for a crushed nut topping let alone fresh eating out of hand. Very disappointing. I did get fair weight in product and the nuts were mostly unbroken and of overall good appearance otherwise (for unbleached and uncolored nuts, that is) and of uniform medium size; it's a pity that the roasting went too far on this batch.

If you really want to feel real pistachios taste you should try. It's totally different with rich aroma.

Delicious but needs more salt
These were delicious pistachios. I have tried many brands of Turkish pistachios and wanted to try these, especially since it was a small bag. They are tasty and the bag I received was fresh. The only thing missing was enough salt. Other brands (or perhaps batches) have more and this is what adds to the flavor of pistachios.
