I purchased this so my older, more anxious cat could stay at home while my husband and I vacation for a few days next month. Had no idea how useful it would turn out to be! We were able to feed our kitten while we were away for a few hours longer than expected on a holiday, and she doesn't bother us at 5:30 am anymore since we schedule it to drop food around 5:15. She likes it so much that she naps near it, just in case. It's fun to check in with them via the video and we're really happy we bought it!

I’ve purchased 2 of these now and NEITHER WORKS. The company customer service is awful and the stupid thing doesn’t work. Itll drop connections randomly and it takes like 15 minutes for it to register the we code on the app to reconnect

I got this because at the time there were no other pet feeders with positive App reviews for their pet camera and feeder. The portions are pretty tiny, my cat gets 3 in the morning/night. The app works well enough but only one person can be synced to the feeder at a time, so no sharing with other people. The app usability is usually the bottle neck with these kinds of devices. Also you can’t tell how much is in the feeder at any given time, I pointed a tiny usb camera I had at it to double check if it was empty/overflowing/jammed when we went out of town as a fix. Happy with it overall, just hoping the app gets some help

There are random times it would go offline for no reason but other than that it worked great when I went on vacation I could see my pet. Another downfall about it is that you can’t actually see the food tray to make sure the food actually came out.

One kept on going offline randomly after a couple months so I bought a 2nd one as a back up. That worked also for a couple months and started doing the same thing. At first it was easy to reset them and get them back online. Now they are not allowing me to re-add them. One I finally got to get reset, the other is trash. We use them while we are gone so when they go offline it is a huge problem. So now I'm buying another brand.

Love that I don’t have to be home to feed my cat.

I travel on business and like to make sure my cat stays fed. This machine does that and gives me the peace of mind of being able to check in on him from time to time as well. Setup was easy — no confusing and aggravating need to hop around different networks, just let the camera on the feeder scan the QR code on the app and you’re in. The only thing missing here is an Alexa skill so I can have Alexa do a feeding if my hands are full.

i wanted an automatic feeder & a camera so i was happy i found this 2-in-1! the camera, video & sound work great. i got this to feed our puppy while we’re at work some days & to keep an eye on her. it was a little difficult to set up on wifi but my bf figured that out lol. very happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Me gustó que es muy fácil de usar. Mi gato con una sola vez aprendió que le da comida, si bien la primera vez olió varias veces el alimento antes de atreverse a probarlo. Lo he encontrado haciendo guardia al lado del aparato varias veces. El único inconveniente es que ha intentado morder el cable un par de veces, cuando no esté en casa eso será un problema. Buscaré un cable que resista mordidas, estaría ideal que el cable ya viniera así de origen pero por lo demás 5 estrellas, llegó muy rápido y me resuelve el problema de alimentación mientras trabajo.
