I am not sure since this is the first time I have used it. However if you can place all the decals back on the paper it should be possible. They do not peel off the wall like some other cheap decals so it should work. I however will probably just buy again for the price. There are tons of pieces! It is really nice!

Q: are these easy to remove? does it damage walls?

I was able to take them off the walls without any problems. They are more of a one use sticker though. They ripped when I took them off the wall.

Q: Are these window clings or more like cardboard?

They are definitely clings, with with a bit more adhesiveness than a general window cling. I used mine on my door at work, left them up for a month, and peeled them off with no problem at that time.
