Reliance Replacement Spigot Assembly, 1.3 Inch x 3.5 Inch x 10.5 Inch, White

I love these new spouts. I needed replacements for our 2 water containers and I really appreciate that I was able to get these from Amazon. Total convenience for me! The two 6 gallon jugs I have are fine but a tenant of mine broke the dispenser right off of one of them and the other spout was getting rather difficult to turn after years of use but the new ones function perfectly. They are very easy to turn. Also the directions to assemble them were easy to follow and this brand fits perfectly and it's tight so no leaks at all. The best thing is that it was very cost effective to get these spouts rather than replace the whole container.

This appears to be a good replacement cap so far. I have a 5 gallon Reliance water container, and the old one would still be fine, if not for the fact that where the spigot attaches, the plastic cap actually split from tension caused by the screwing in of the spigot. Now whether this replacement cap is made of a more durable material and will result in a longer time of ownership, I can't say. What I can say right now is that the cap fits well with no leaking, the spigot screws in securely with no leaking, and the spigot lever allows water release and prevents water leakage when closed. I like the red color, although that's obviously minor, but the price seemed fair for a replacement. I would purchase again if need be, unless I find that another stress fracture occurs on the cap over time.

This is great, I revived my old round water jug which has served me well but the screw on top had cracked.

I bought my 7gallon jug years ago and the spigot just deteriorated to the point that it was useless. Found these by accident and took a chance. The work well. Maybe I can get a few more years out of these old water containers

The spigots broke on four of my old 7-gallon Aquatainer water storage jugs. The cost of replacing the entire jug was crazy high. Found these and gave them a try. If you follow the directions about using some vegetable oil to assemble the spigot, it makes your life a lot easier. The thread to screw the spigot onto the jug seemed a small bit different. I had a difficult time starting the thread on a couple, but eventually got all four on and they all have a water-tight seal. Very happy with these. They work and are much cheaper than replacing the entire unit.

The fit on the jug is not quite perfect. It works fine, just a little hard to get the threads started. But its a whole lot better than replacing the whole jug. So, definitely recommended.

While these do fit the water containers as indicated, the nozzles are MUCH too tight, and cause many of the kids and women in our group to be constantly calling for one of the guys to open or close the spigot for them. If used in extremely cold weather I have no doubt that they would crack or break almost instantly. Not sure why they would be made to be so tight that it's impossible for half of the population to open, adjust, or close.

This is great. just remember to use Vaseline as the instructions describe.

20年間探してました（笑）。 昔のことで記憶があいまいですが、本体は丈夫なのですが蛇口がすぐ破損しました。 最初は工夫して使用してましたが、やがて密閉できなくなり使用しなくなりました。 やっと探し当しあて、本体を無駄にすることなく満足です。

The spigot on my blue reliance water carrier had broken and this has provided replacement. Only three stars however as the the the screw on cap does not fit my carrier even though it is the correct brand and size in the description. Unsure why this is but I managed to remove the old broken spigot from the original cap and use it with the new spigot.

Aah, you might not like the colour, but it threads on perfectly. The rear spikey water stopper was an added bonus. Fantastic replacement, otherwise we'd have needed to buy a whole new setup. Read the instructions about the 1 drop of vegetable oil on the spout. It's a super tight fit

The replacement fits my Reliance jug perfectly. However the valve of the spigot is almost impossible to turn, I needed to use clamp pliers to turn it, and it feels like its going to snap off. However the instructions say to use cooking oil before assembly, so maybe I'll try that next time.
