When I first got it, I was really skeptical. It is cold when you first put it on, and it doesn’t take long to, what it feels like, lose the coldness. But I have used it almost every night, and I do think my sleep is much deeper because of it, so it must be doing something. I have washed it, it dries easily and doesn’t lost its coldness. Only thing I dislike is it is a bit baggy. I don’t know how else to describe it, it gets tangled round my feet and is a real faff trying to organise it. Don’t regret buying it though.

Lightweight, but still enough weight to feel cosy, cool yet just warm enough... washable, portable... it s a brilliant product for people having difficulties regulating their temperature. I take mine everywhere with me...

Easy to use and it works

Great purchase and would recommend. I get extremely hot in the night, even with a 4.5tog quilt. This is so much more comfortable than a normal sheet. Light microfibres like material next to your skin but so comfortable. can feel the weight of the blanket but not the heat. Very good. Good size for sharing a double bed too.

I thought I'd give it a try having tried other things to try and keep cool at night. This blanket is nice and heavy weight. One side is very cool and really does keep you nice and cool. It will warm up after a bit but you just move it around and it's cool again.This really was a good investment.
