My 10 year old is obsessed with this scooter, it’s fast enough for him but not too fast that I have heart palpitations, (max speed is 18 but you’d be surprised to how fast 18 mph feels on a scooter!) the blue tooth is a great feature and so is cruise control. Only negative was he fell one time and the plastic hubcap covering the back tire broke off into a million pieces. It isn’t a problem nor does it affect the way it drives I just wish it was alittle more resilient, cause its bound to happen again. it folds easily and fit into the back of my SUV with ease. It’s not light snd will need two people to carry box. It’s perfect for my kiddo & he’s obsessed

4 months later this thing is completely dead and the company will not stand behind their product. A month in the scooter became wobbly but we dealt with it, it was functional and still safe. The battery when fully charge gives about an hour, at least this was our "real life experience". 4 months after purchase it died completely. Unexpectedly. Fully Charged and after troubleshooting, it is dead. I attempted to work with the company directly and they take zero accountability only saying you are past 90 days and dont have the "extended warranty" (I don't even remember being offered this). So... your call. Roll the dice on spending a lot of money when buying this. What isn't a roll of the dice and to me is fact- 4 months and minimal usage later the company will not stand behind their product. I am trying to work now with the Better Business Bureau to handle the matter. PSA- Check the Better Business Bureau, there’s a reason they don’t recommend this company

The scooter was truly fun to ride but because of the defectiveness of the break it through me off the bike causing me to scar up my body so please wear protective clothing the battery life did not last long what's going up the hill or two I found myself having to bring it back in to charge it up although it said don't charge but every 3 months that was not true

Scooter was packaged nice but when I took the scooter out, it was already scratched and scuffed. Everything else is so far good, scooter rides nice.

I bought this scoter because I know that Amazon has quality control, because your customers are important!!! but this company is a disgrace……. the first scoter arrived used and nothing worked…. then I made the return and they made the replacement to deliver on the 25th of August …. I received information that it would only arrive late on the 30th ….. today I had the surprise of the delivery of the scoter but……. unfortunately it also came with a defect ..... the bluetooth does not work so unfortunately Amazon needs to review the companies that supply poor quality products to their customers ...... apart from the sadness it caused my children that is the saddest of all .

Scooter work great but at around 1 year the battery started not holding a charge. After searching finally found a repair guy. He said the batteries need to be replaced every year (why wouldn't the scooter design allow for that easily!). He doesn't have batteries and said to order from Hover-1. Well they don't have any batteries for any of their models with no ETA. So we are out of luck - no scooter. Very high price without being able to ride it!

When I removed it from the box, it wouldn't turn on at all. I opened it to see if the cables were connected, and all of them were connected, so either the battery is broken or something else isn't working. And I can't return it because I accidentally threw the box away before I realized it was broken. Don't buy this
