Useful size, as shown in photos, I have a 12inch laptop case stored in lower storage area along with a small basket for wires, and junk. To give an idea of the top shelf size that is a samsung A9 tablet. The units are easy to build and seems sturdy enough. We have one each end of our sofa, paperwork, books stored in bottom space of other. Due to width they can be easily wobbled if as we have them on carpet. I would assume more stable if on laminate or floor boards. If you have young kids and hot drinks on it I would take care, would be easy to spill if on carpets. Other than that we like the look and practicality.

Product arrived well packaged to avoid damage in transit however every panel was covered in sawdust from the manufacturing process which meant it all had to be wiped down pre-construction. Despite the good packaging we noticed a few chips in the finish - thankfully not too noticeable and given the price we accepted them and used a Sharpie to colour to match the black finish! Instructions are provided on how to assembly the item and they are pretty good and straight forward - a bit of advice, pay attention to which way up the horizontal panels are installed as otherwise you will need to disassemble and re-do like me when nearing completion (my fault for not paying enough attention to the instructions.) All the required fixings come in a small bag and are easy to install and fix into place with a combination of pegs, some of which have a locking nut type fixing to stop movement (allen key provided to tighten). There are soft fabric pads for underneath with stops its rocking from side to side and there are black stickers to match the black finish which are to be placed over the fixing holes to hide them Overall the unit feels pretty sturdy and does exactly what I need it to - its slim and a good height at 60cm which sits almost perfectly in line with the sofa arm it is positioned next too and the storage space is really handy. I would recommend this for the price but wouldnt pay much for. We have notice that the finish does collect fingerprints so those with small children take note.

A lovely side table that fits perfectly down the down the side of my sofa. Easy to build and colour is pretty accurate to the photos. Decent quality for the price and a good height compared to the arm of my sofa.

Excellent quality & easy to assemble. The side table is very stable and sturdy. I was looking for something to sit next to our corner sofa & this was a perfect hight and width. I am delighted with my purchase.

Nicely made, my husband had no trouble with the assembly. There are instructions and each panel is numbered. The sticky circles supplied cover the screw holes well. Only one thing to bear in mind, that one cannot reach into the magazine bottom part without standing up to get something out. Maybe it could be a bit cheaper for its size.

Really easy to put together. Looks good, very smart but it's really not worth the money paid for it unfortunately.
