Super Easy Tool
You will love this light weight tofu press. It is easy to clean, and get everything drop off water out of your tofu. I absolutely love it! Price is not too bad either. The only minor issue that could use improvement is closing the lid. It took me 3 tries before I got it closed

It works well!
I ordered this and was skeptical! It arrived and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of material and workmanship. I opened it washed it and then put it to work.. after about an hour I checked to see how much water had been pressed or drained from my tofu. It was a fair amount. I realized I did Not have all of the ingredients I needed, I placed the press with the tofu still in it in the refrigerator. Over night a little bit more water had collected. So between 30 minutes and 1 hour seems to be enough time for this product to work it’s magic. I highly recommend this product.They also have a very nice looking cookbook for tofu which is giving mr alll sorts of ideas for this new to me food.Try them and you won’t be sorry!

Great works just as it states
Hi guys! This tofu press works great! It’s just like any other tofu press. The materials are nice, and you can press tofu for as long as you like. I typically press mine for about an hour or two before frying.I will say it is slightly difficult to close, as you need to press the lid down on the tofu and latch the sides. But other than that it’s a great device. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Jury is still out
I am not convinced that this press will be the one. It is easy to clean and eventually will squeeze most of the fluid out if more weight is applied to the cover. Initially about a 1/2 cup fluid was pressed out. I then put some Tupperware with frozen food on top and got another 1/3 cup out. The latches are difficult to lock without using a screwdriver for help. If I was in a hurry to have the tofu not wet, I don’t know that this is the best option. I am going to continue using it for now and see how it goes.

I am in love.
My first tofu press was an expensive, fancy bamboo piece that was always a mess, difficult to use and near impossible to clean. This little guy is a miracle! It's cheap, sturdy, so simple to use, easy, easy, easy to clean. I can keep my tofu in the fridge while it drains, AND it doubles as a fantastic grain/bean soaking tub. I'm considering on buying a couple more just for soaking dried beans and grains.

Virtually impossible to close
This is the most difficult item I have ever used to press tofu. It takes like 10 minutes just to get the lid locked down. The tabs feel very flimsy and like they are stretched out. Wish there was a return category for Junk Item. I would so be sending this piece back. Trust me you are better off with 2 plates and a brick.

The gadget I never knew I needed
Always wondered why my tofu never comes out as crispy as when I eat it at a restaurant.....well THIS IS WHY! This tofu press literally squeezes the life of out of your tofu. When you cook it after it has been pressed dry you get crispy, firm, tofu. No more messy mushy tofu for me! Easy to use; easy to clean (I put mine on the top rack of the dishwasher.) *I keep my tofu pressed for a full day before I plan on cooking it.

NOT an easy latch lid as advertised
sturdy and easy to clean, but I absolutely cannot latch the lid. the top is slightly to large and won't even come close.
