YuMOVE Joint Care Daily Bites for Adult Dogs are suitable for dogs of any age, size and breed. That is, as long as they’ve started on solid foods! These tasty chews can be taken directly from your hand, or you can add them to your dog’s food. Choose to give the recommended amount all in one go, or spread it throughout the day.

Small Dogs (up to 15kg)  - 1 Bite
Medium Dogs (16 - 30kg) - 2 Bites
Large Dogs (31 - 45kg) - 3 Bites
Very Large Dogs (Over 45kg) - 4 Bites

Are  yumove bites the same as yumove plus

They are not as strong a dose and are a gummy chew rather than a tablet.  Im not sure if the daily bites for seniors might be closer to you move plus

How long does it take before you notice any difference

I haven't noticed a difference only that my dog's arthritis hasn't gotten any worse. I use the chews as a complimentary method due to my dog's age  of (9) and an existing diagnosis of arthritis. I don't think the chews are a miraculous way of curing an existing condition and you would need to try them for a few months and then try without to see if you notice a difference. Hope this helps my dog also has other complimentary treatments such as cold laser and hydrotherapy to alleviate his joint pain.
