The kids refer to us as the playdough house at Halloween time. 20+ years handing these out to kids instead of candy. We disappointed the trick-or-treaters last year when we handed out slap bracelets and Halloween ducks. I guess call it a trick. Kids would rather be treated with playdough! :-) Whatever isn't handed out gets stored with the holiday decorations until the next year, and we usually order more to be sure not to run out.

So many colors, fun for kids and good quality

I have spent so much on play doh over the years. 2 kids. The little sets, which are a novelty, clever and fun. Are also often hard for my kids to manage and construct, get clogged with hardened play doh, just a mess. I avoid those at this point.This is my go to. Any seasoned parent knows they are gonna get all mixed up, basically instantly. The vibrant colors become a poop brown or a merky dull greyish green. Fresh from the pack you're kiddos gonna abandon some and let dry out, rending it hard and useless. This is my go to. Huge variety, little containers, no complicated tools. The basic play doh tools or any cookie cutters or random kitchen utensil do just fine. Best play doh set for the price. Plus eliminates the hassle and saves the plastic from a novelty set from a landfill.

These are great foe goodie bags or if you're like me and your kids open playdough and leave it out to dry. With these they can do that and they don't ruin a big container.However, the containers are very hard to open for kids. So just be aware that if you buy these for your kids, any time they want to play with them they're going to ask you to open them.
