These multivitamins doesn’t smell the greatest but are easy to swallow. I would say these are adequately priced compared to others. But, I enjoyed the quality of these vitamins and the all in one aspect they provide for me.

I bought product for my son. He really likes the all in one multi vitamin to keep himself healthy

I’ve realized I prefer solid tablet style multis than powder encapsulated ones. These go down fine but 15 minutes after I can feel powder wanting to come up if I burp. And they smell and taste sort of weird. Not terrible, but not pleasant. As far as results I can’t honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. Trying to stay unbiased to other brands I’ve tried but I have had much more noticeable results with the big three letter brand men’s multi.
