This review is based on a few days of ownership. The unit is working well and appears to be very well constructed. It looks and feels like it will stand up to use in the field. I'm only giving it 4 stars, however, because it comes with absolutely no documentation and none available online to download. If you buy it, you are on your own. I almost returned it because after shutting it down, I could not turn it back on with the power button. I finally found instructions on the web for how to reset a different brand of netbook and figured out that you have to hold down the power button and the volume-up button simultaneously to turn it on after it has been shut down. The power button alone suffices when the unit is in sleep mode. This is a nice feature that will minimize the chance that the unit will be turned on accidentally while it is bouncing around inside my backpack, but it would have been nice to know about it beforehand. Now, it is working well. The internal gps works, as does the SD card slot and USB port. I tried putting in the SIM card from my Samsung Galaxy S5; the unit recognized the card but did not give me any service. I did not pursue this any further because I have no interest in using the netbook on cellular.

I got this unit and ran all the windows updates and driver updates from windows update. When I rebooted I no longer had the touch screen. No biggy just get the touch screen driver from the manufacture web page and reinstall. Well no luck, can't find any driver on their page what so ever. Tried a fresh install of windows and still no touch screen without that driver. It went back. Maybe consider a larger manufacture with their drivers online.

This tablet is an absolute disaster. I needed this tablet to do the most minimal work and it can't even handle that. It's components barely meet the minimum requirement for Win10 and then only if you are extremely generous in assessing its capabilities. I had to disable every feature I could find just to make it semi-usable. The touch screen is almost entirely unresponsive, requiring so much pressure to register that it hurts my fingers. On top of that, it only registers touch input for a limited time every boot. I assume the CPU gets so overloaded trying to keep up with the demands of a minimalized Win10 UI that it can't process input anymore. I tried to bypass the touch screen with a bluetooth mouse and could no longer log in because the touch screen just stopped accepting input. Removing the dongle from the USB Port required pliers! I'm now waiting for the battery to run down so I can try to reactivate and fix this brick.By far the worst computer I've ever owned. I deeply regret this purchase.

We have tried to find a reliable Windows tablet that has full size USB & is rugged while still one-handed. This tablet is a great option for any sort of field service or warehousing environment. The speed is not excellent, but it is what is expected in this form factor. We have purchased several hundreds of these and have been very happy with them. Just know what you are buying.

Nice tablet for field work. Cellular works with no issues and screen is great even out side. Battery holds up so far so good. Would recommend if you need a small tablet when on the go.

Took hours upon hours to do a couple updates. Then after the update it lost the T-Mobile SIM card and didn’t show and cellular options anymore. Not that I was able to get the cellular working. Buyers beware JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!
