I have arthritis in both hands and these are great for therapy.

Does not tell which ones are soft med hard
No info as to which color is soft hard med. the link to get instruction does not work. Thinking about sending them back and get a different set

“Handy” stress balls; no PDF exercise examples
I like the stress balls, very much. However, along with the advertisement on Amazon, the seller claimed to have a PDF format exercise samples. I could never find that PDF, even after emailing the seller.

Stitches came apart
Stitches came apart after first use. I was able to sew it but still, it was brand new.

I got these for my mom and they are a good fit for small hands, if you have average or large hands keep looking
