Q: The back of the watch came off and its not fitting back at all any help ( even took it a pro to put it back but last 3 days )

It must be faulty I would send it back for a replacement or refund

Q: It says i have to wear it for 8-12hours everyday, so what happens if i don't?

It should run for 15 to 20 hours. Then just wind it up as a normal watch.
