Love these.
I have used about 20 pairs of these drawer slides so far, all with drawer boxes and cabinets that I built. Drawer boxes need to be 1" narrower than the cabinet box opening (1/2" on each side). If you are building your own boxes, this means you need to be exact to within a 1/16" error either direction. If your box is the correct size, these slides work beautifully. They roll smoothly and very quietly and are full extension. It's true that the lack of directions in the box is a bit of a bummer, but once you figure out how to install one pair, you're good to go. It's pretty straightforward-- mount on piece to the inside of your cabinet box and mount the mating piece on the outside of your drawer, flush with the front of the drawer box, at the location that will result in the drawer being at the correct height once you slide the drawer in (the easiest is to mount flush to the bottom edge of the side of the drawer box). Anyway, great drawer slides at a great price. And no, they don't come with screws, but is that really a reason to give otherwise-great slides a poor review? Go and buy a box of 100 screws at the Blue or Orange store and get to work!

Good basic slide rail - 20"
So I have purchased the Promark brand several times. They work without issue, never have bearings fall out, etc.The slide is great, the extension is full 20". Purchased the 20" for a bathroom vanity (those are not as deep as kitchen cabinets ... Usually. Just measure to be sure). Two additional things you should consider when purchasing. Screws and back-brackets.Rail sets normally do not come with associated screws. I purchased 7/16" pan-head screws.Back brackets. Now, if you have walls on left/right side of the cabinet box, then you don't need the holding brackets. I, however, usually have at least one side that does not have a wall to screw it to so I purchased the back-hold brackets that Promark sells (ISBN=B07QNB6BFZ). They work great.

Great for the price, easy to install
Easy installation, slides nicely and seems well put-together. I will update if I have any issues. These were installed to replace some knape and vogt 75lb sliders in 32 inch wide pantry drawers that hold a lot of heavy and dense non-perishables like cans, flour, etc. The knape and vogt had failed with spot welds below the rollers just snapping off and bent metal. 2 months since installing and so far so good.A generic installation tip that I found out the hard way: mark a hole, then drill and install one screw, then mark a second hole, remove the first screw and drill the second hole. Install both screws and slide the inner slider enough to mark the other holes. Remove the slide and drill all, then install. It was tedious this way, but drilling holes with the slide attached contaminated the lubricant and rollers with wood dust. The one with this contamination is still stiff, although it works. I suppose if I was installing more than just the 8 slides, making a jig would help in the drilling process.

Cheap Alternative to Home Depot's Liberty Drawer-Slides
I bought these to do over 20 drawer slides in my kitchen, which has cabinets that are "full-faced" (mount to the front and to a bracket in the back) and were built in the 1980s. Anyone who tells you these are easy to install either likely has a brand new kitchen (in which - why didn't you already have ball-bearing drawer slides to begin with?).In my kitchen, the drawers can be a bit warped, the cabinets sometimes have settled to one direction or another, and all the drawer sizes are not equal. I bought associated #8 1/2" screws and Pro-Mark "L" brackets for this installation. Not every installation was successful - some drawers I had to take out and adjust the drawer slides (up, down, left or right). These are way cheaper and almost the same quality as those at home depot and lowes. I have noticed that these are more difficult to "start" (ie slide the drawer on the rail after it's been detatched) but they are functionally the same. While these are on the brackets, they can be a little loose side-to-side - perhaps I should i bolted the drawer to the bracket? My technique was:1) remove drawer2) detach old slides from cabinet3) detach old slides from drawer4) vacuum ancient dust from side of drawer5) detach inner piece from new drawer slides6) mount inner piece to drawer, 1 1/4" from bottom of drawer, with 2 screws per side in oval holes (in case adjustment is needed). Front lip touches front of drawer face. eg: | face| [ new slide7) place L bracket on outer piece of new drawer slide. Ensure the bracket length is roughly correct (note: there is a small metal tab you may need to push in, since the bracket can get stuck on it).8) take outer piece of new drawer slide, place in cabinet cavity, touching bottom of face, 1/8 to 1/4 inch back from opening, and screw in with 1 screw.9) measure distance between left of drawer slide and left wall / other nearby drawer slide at front and back (use right of slide and right wall if doing right drawer slide). Ensure roughly equal. Draw a vertical mark on the back of cabinet to represent this location.10) using a level (horizontally) ensure drawer slide is roughly level (front to back). Draw a horizontal mark on the back of cabinet to represent this location.11) the two lines should meet. hold the bracket+slide corner closes to this "T" of the two lines and screw in single screw at the top of bracket12) using a level (vertically) ensure drawer slide hasn't twisted left or right; once levelled, install a screw now at the bottom of the bracket13) install a final screw in the single 'middle' screw hole of bracket to prevent any movement14) repeat steps for other drawer slide15) extend drawer slides and guide onto drawer until click16) gently push drawer in to check measurementsIf everything works, then congrats, you are done! If not, you may have to do some other steps (which I did at one point or another):17o) if drawer rubs on the bottom, adjust left and right brackets on drawer down (1/8 inch increments)18o) if drawer is not flush when closed (one side sticks out) make sure everything inside is level. Some times, one side may have moved or twisted during screw-installation.19o) if drawer gets pinched or stuck when closed, check measurements to ensure drawer slides are parallel.20o) if all else fails, ask a question to me or others on this forum! Thanks for reading.

Great drawer slides
I have been making cabinets and woodworking for over 40 years. These are awesome ball bearing drawer slides. Well over a year of heavy use and operate flawlessly. Very happy camper. The are such an upgrade to the cheap slides that come on cabinets, allowing full access to the drawer, smooth operation and great weight capacity. There are not many products I give a 5 star rating and don't have something to complain about, this is one of the few. Just buy them, you will be glad that you did, what an upgrade. The only thing they don't have is an auto close feature, but I didn't want that anyways, I want the drawer to stay open even at halfway, until I decide to close it.
