When I received it, it was greasy inside the box, it looks like oil was coming out of the hyd

works once you google how to do it
Works ok, but the instructions are awful. Once you google to youtube how to anneal hard copper, then it actually works. Don't try it on regular hard pipes you will split them every time and get frustrated. Watch the videos on how to heat up and anneal the copper pipes (hint: it either takes the yellow tank of gas or a really long time with the blue ones) and you'll be very pleased with the result.)

yesterday I got this item, but today I open this parcel, found this product is used. nobody wants to pay the new product price but get the old one.
