Merriam-Webster's Easy Learning Complete Spanish

As advertised. Well laid out and extremely easy to use!

Very clear and concise explanation. Delivery took a month though.

I took Spanish in high school. That was 50 years ago. I've made a few short trips, vacation and mission, to Mexico, the most recent having been 15 years ago. My slight Spanish speaking ability was worse than rusty. The solution to this was 1. the free online lessons of Duolingo and 2. This book. I already had Spanish learning resources and had reviewed many others. Nothing I had or could find compared with this book. I didn't want dialogues to memorize or tedious review questions; I wanted all the information simply and clearly presented and this is the only book that I could find that did exactly that. If you've had a little Spanish, this book will put on a fast track to mastery.

This book is great for practicing Spanish. I give 3 stars because while I like it, my original copy had a bent and ripped back cover when it arrived. I put in for a replacement, which also had a bent/damaged cover when it arrived. Fine otherwise

This is a well written and easy to understand Spanish grammar guide. It contains everything you need to know for beginner or intermediate language learning. Explanations are clear and concise, and it also contains a colour coded verb conjugation section and helpful vocabulary section with vocabulary grouped under various essential topics. In all, it is an absolutely fabulous tool for understanding how the Spanish language works. One of the best guides I have ever purchased for any language!
