Received in unmelted state. It was not broken to pieces. Thanks to nearby delivery store for supplying chocolate in good form. I wish Amazon could arrange supplying chocolate and frozen items in some insulated bag that can keep cold items cold and frozen. Love the taste of chocolate and could get the taste of cocoa.
