Love this hat -- perfect for running! It looks quite elegant, the material is thin and soft, and the hat fits very snugly and comfortably -- much better fit than any other running cap I ever owned. It is also lighter than other running caps I've owned. It does absorb a fair amount of water when raining -- perhaps by design, since the fabric is breathable (and very thin). All in all, it's a perfect running hat for either rainy or sunny weather

I bought this hat for sports and walking... it fit well and is nice and lightweight. It's great for hotter temperatures as it is very thin and airy. Don't mistake this hat for a traditional baseball type hat with much heavier construction. This hat is meant to be minimal weight and very thin. For the applications I use it in, it's perfect. I've used it for the summer and its starting to show some usage...but I used it almost daily for sports i.e. pickleball. For the price, I'm simply going to buy a couple more. In my opinion, this hat is well worth it.

I bought this hat as a cheap alternative for travel. The hat is incredibly light and weightless, and is actually excellent for when your head may get wet (sweat or after a swim), because it dries very quickly. The only negative is that the material looks flimsy and "plasticy" - to the extent that I'm kind of hesitant to wear the hat in company. The only other negative is that the strap system in the back, although well made, also feels flimsy and the hat gets loose sometimes. But overall, a good buy for the price.

I walk a lot and in Florida humid weather I end up with big hair. Wearing a hat eliminates that. This fits perfect, looks good, and protects my face and keeps my hair down.

This hat is nearly perfect! The adjusting strap in the back is ridiculously long, so I have to tuck it up into the hat, which is fine, just annoying. I appreciate the clip release under the opening in the back which would be handy for people with ponytails. The hat depth is perfect, as is the brim - not too long or short. It's lightweight and dries quickly. I like that it's thin enough that I can scratch my head while I run, which you can't do as satisfactorily with canvas hats, and I barely feel it while running. You do have to be a bit careful to make sure the band is flat on your forehead to avoid pressure and a forehead crease, but that's a small issue. I'd love a thicker band in the front to catch sweat. I like that I can wash this hat out in the shower when needed with a bit of shampoo. I do that every week or so, after 4-5 runs or so, and hang it to dry overnight. This hat is my companion on all my runs!

This hat is good for travel, as it folds down to a small size. It fits fine but something about the bill folding in on both sides doesn't feel "right" and it does not have the feel of a solid hat though I believe some people would like it because it is easily packed and does appear "waterproof" and protects one's head. Those of you wanting a cap that fits like a cap, though, might be disappointed.

This review has been long due. I initially ordered this cap back in early 2018. I've used it extensively for so many things: Hiking, running marathons, tennis sessions for the major ones. The cap is super lightweight, provides a good shade and absorbs all the sweat and does not let my head heat up.After every activity, I usually just run it under tap water, squeeze it lightly and within few hours, it's good to go. For intense sweat sessions, I use some soap to clean it and then dry it off. I'm re-ordering this one as the last time, I wasn't paying attention to how I was removing stains and I accidentally ripped the cap a little bit.Overall I am super impressed with this cap for the price, functionality and durability. Just bought another one.

I think this cap would have totally met my expectations if only the clasp would have closed. Maybe I just received a faulty product, but the plastic clasp is very cheap and poorly made. There was no way to wear this cap because it is flimsy with no structure. Therefore, you MUST clasp and tighten the strap to get it to stay on your head. I was very sad to have to send this back because the fabric and holes looked like it would keep me cool but offer some shading on my scalp since I tend to burn easily.

Liking this hat.Fit is great, very lightweight, and it has a nice long brim to shade my eyes & nose.
