Bought the 12pk so we could split them between our storm emergency kit and between our cars for emergencies. Each light is individually packaged in a light safe, easy tear package. We did crack one to make sure it worked when we lost power for a couple hours one night. Figured it was the perfect time to test and see how bright they are. In an enclosed bedroom, 10x10, it lit up the whole room with ease. We then tried it in our open concept living room and it lit up a good area, but not as well as the enclosed room (for obvious reasons). However, was still plenty bright to navigate and even read under. I’ll still choose emergency lanterns when I can, but these work exactly as intended and for the value, was a perfect add as we head into storm season.

Picked this up for $12 because the cost of the stuff inside IS more than that. Maybe not the quality, but the quantity for sure. I picked it up just to throw in the car and to have some glow sticks for the kiddos. Pros: -The cost for the amount of product is pretty good. The glow sticks work, and so does the whistle combo piece. The blanket feels pretty thin even compared to other emergency blankets, but it's not terrible. Cons: - The products aren't amazing. The quality is questionable and the glow sticks do dip in brightness after about 6 hours Overall: This isn't an amazing buy, but for 12 bucks, it's worth picking up just to part out across different kits.

Being in California, we have emergency preparedness often at work. I purchased these for myself and several colleagues to place in our emergency kits. I will be getting more to also keep in my car

I tried one and it had a nice yellow light.

Fantastic glow sticks, hardy, easy to crack to start to glow, the glow lasts longer than 12 hours, extremely bright, comes on a strong cord and built in hook, other accessories added too. A great bundle for adults and kids. Great value.

Glows well. The survival tool is cool and you can bring it anywhere, okay quality. Light is alright from the torch. Glow sticks glow pretty well. Easy to use but hard to get the tools out of the multi tool. Would buy again. Blanket is standard.
