I bought these thinking I might sit outside more. That was adorable. They are not chairs. They are a full cancellation of plans. Firstly, they’re massive. I’m 4’11 and I can curl up completely in the foetal position like I’ve given up on life (temporarily), and there’s still room left. No awkward edges, no constant shifting, no pretending something is comfortable when it isn’t. You sit down and that’s it. Your ambition for the day quietly leaves your body... The padding is where it all goes wrong. It’s ACTUALLY padded. Not the usual thin suggestion of comfort where you can still feel the frame judging you. This just holds you there like it knows you’re not going anywhere, and, it’s correct. I went outside for “a bit of fresh air." Several hours later, I’m still there. Sun out, laid back, doing absolutely nothing and, annoyingly, enjoying it. At one point I realised I was happy, which felt suspicious. Like I’d forgotten to worry about something... There is a downside. Every other chair in the house is now an insult. The sofa? A compromise at best. The dining chairs? practically medieval. I’ve apparently just been accepting discomfort as part of life like a mug. Also, getting up is optional. Not impossible—just… unnecessary. If something needed doing, it didn’t get done. If you have responsibilities, avoid eye contact with this chair. Only real complaint is I got sunburnt, but that’s not the chair’s fault. That’s just me continuing a long-standing refusal to learn anything from previous outcomes. Got in, didn’t get out. 10/10. would sit in it again and achieve nothing... again.

These chairs are very strong well made and quite large. They were advertised as being large but they are larger than I expected. I bought them primarily for sitting in my garden, they will be very comfortable for that, so far I only tried them out in my lounge because of inclement weather. They may be a bit large to take on holiday in the car if I have a lot of luggage.

Although there was a delay in delivery. The chairs are great. Fabulous size and really comfy. I love the little drinks tray. Just waiting for the sun to come out to sit out in the garden.

Very sturdy and comfortable. Love the fact it come with a little side table for drink and phone. It’s easy to erect and fold down. Because of its sturdiness it is heavier than my old one but it’s no to heavy to move to a new sunny spot.

Make sure the chair is fully extended and secure on its feet, easy to assume they are fully secured. The chair collapsed on me the second time I used it. Also they are very heavy to move around.
