Great price for a basic ladder nothing fancy but you dont need anything else for this type of workout. Gives visuals for footwork. It will definitely help my son and daughter with his footwork.

I purchased this agility ladder to improve my son’s footwork and cardio, and it’s honestly one of the simplest yet most effective training tools I’ve ever used. The ladder comes with durable, adjustable rungs that lie flat and stay in place during workouts. The straps are strong and haven’t twisted or tangled, even after being tossed around in a gym bag. Super lightweight and easy to roll up. It comes with a carrying bag, which makes it perfect for taking to the park, field, or gym.

I love the ladder. We use it in one of my exercise classes so I ordered one. It works perfect in my master bedroom. I keep it out on the floor and I use it several times per day to get my steps in for the day. I like the variations of the steps and having it out is a constant reminder to keep moving.

Gets tangled and once tangled it is hard to undo. Unless you have a great place to store this, I don’t recommend.
