This is a great juicer, can handle almost anything and even makes sorbets and nut butters/milks. The trick to doing soft foods it to run something hard like a carrot, ginger, celery etc after soft foods or spinach. Here is an example. Handful spinach -> Handful spinach -> Carrot -> Apples -> Cucumber -> Carrot Basically for every 2 rounds of soft, do something hard and always finish with a few hard items. Juicer works brilliantly if done this way.

Easy to clean. Easy to store. Simple to use with enough power to get a quality juice without destroying the taste. Had mine over a year and still going strong!

chute is very small so there is a lot of prepp to be done before use and sometimes the juicer struggles with the plant material. Plus all parts are made out of plastic so it won't be long with daily use before something wears out. In hindsight the stainless steel option juicer would have been the way to go.

First - product was packaged very secure! I was very impressed with how much thought went into packaging. Then, I tried the product - it's great! Cleans quick, juices great and I love how it is compactly designed - my self ond Omega juicer - 1st one last over 25 years!

I bought this juicer about 16 months ago. I absolutely love it in the beginning - pulp came out very dry, got lots of juice. Like most people, I did a lot of research before buying. Omega sold me on the 10 year warranty plus my friends using Omega juicer heavily (like daily) for over 15 years and their juicer still going strong. I love the form factor and the shiny red. I did my fair share of juicing in the first summer - watermelon, pineapple, celery, carrot ginger. One thing never performed well was apple. It clogs fairly quickly. I didn’t fault it initially but it did slow my enthusiasm to juice as it got into fall season living in apple country. I close up juicing in the winter as it’s just too cold. So, 5 months of juicing. Somehow I didn’t juice as much in my second season. I started with pineapple and noticing it’s not juicing well. I slowly stopped juicing. I didn’t realize something is not right with the juicer. I was avoiding it to not think something is wrong. I’m talking about only using the juicer less than 8 times the entire summer. I was finally confronted with the issue when I decided to juice elderberry and then a gallbladder cleanse that uses apple. First use of the juicer after no action for months, a part broke. The seal broke came loose. See picture. Contacted Omega, gave them everything they want (photos, proof of purchase, etc.) paid the shipping fee, a new part came. The VERY FIRST use of the juicer after receiving the replacement part, Upon opening up, ANOTHER part broke. Plastic pieces broke. I juiced 4 tiny apples from organic trees. I recorded the juice process totaling about 4 minutes. It starts to clog by 1 min and a half. 12 Oz of juice came out. Almost no pulp. Completely clogged. Knowing it could be issues I borrowed another Omega and it juiced 4x the amount of juice with no clogging issue. I contacted Omega they want me to only get the replacement parts instead of a new juicer or a different model. I lost complete trust to this juicer. No juicer should died with lite use a little more than a year in. With parts break left and right. I would not recommend this juicer.

I love Omega machines overall especially because of the warranty they give you and trust me it comes in handy because my 1st (vertical square) machine I’ve had for several years didnt work when I came from vacation & now I have to send it in (someone must have accidentally left it on and it burned out the motor) That being said, I went and purchased a Ninja horizontal slow juicer for around $100 and it preformed well but have to run the pulp through 2x I’ve always wanted a horizontal juicer because I knew they can handle the tuff stuff like leafy greens better without jamming the lid, a problem with my vertical Omega which was almost super impossible to open and clean at times. If you want an powerful slow juicer especially from the Omega family then go with this one. My girlfriend has an horizontal Omega but it doesn’t store away as well as this cube design which I just leave on the counter top.

my brother had one, amazing. we freeze mangos and then turn it into sorbet. it juices very well. wish i bought it sooner

Love it for hard veggies. But!!! For the money it clogs when juicing soft veggies/fruit. Definitely returning. Try again Omega.

No bueno. It cloggs up very quickly. Not as easy to clean as I thought. Returned it. I had high hopes.

Warning to everyone....DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! This is our third and final juicer from Omega!!! This thing barely lasted 6 months before parts started to break down!!! Called Omega the first time, told them what broke and after paying shipping which I think is an absolute joke, was told the part will be shipped ASAP!!! I do NOT agree with the fact that a customer has to pay for shipping....A part of a juicer that you guys (Omega) made broke and since it's under warranty you should be covering everything!!! But apparently that is NOT the case!!! After about three weeks and still no part, two more parts broke!!!! Called Omega again, I am told that the initial package is no longer their problem since it is now in the hands of the courier company and it is now my headache to deal with UPS!!! After calling UPS and getting nothing done, call Omega again and told them to deal with UPS and ship the initial part plus now the two new parts that broke in the mean time!!! Omega covers the shipping charges for the first part but makes me pay the shipping charges for the two new parts that broke!!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!!! Now I am waiting for two packages and it has been almost a month!!! Within two days the lost package shows up at my house then the replacement one for the one that was lost but still no other two parts even though I asked Omega to ship all those parts together!! Call them...again...and was told the other parts were shipped in a separate box and they are on their way!!!! It has now been month, I have two identical parts, still missing two other and a huge headache!!! I have no idea how a company like Omega managed to stay in business for as long as they have by making such bad products and having such bad customer service!!!! Every single juicer we have had from this company did not even make it to a one year anniversary and the most recent one was not a cheap one!!! For this kind of money I expected much more then what I got!!! I would STRONGLY recommend to everyone NOT to buy Omega products unless of course you want inferior product and a headache when it comes to dealing with customer service!!!!! Consider yourself warned!!!!

J'ai utilisé le produits 2 fois et la deuxième fois ce n'est pas du jus qui sortait c'est de la compote. Déçu de mon achat.
