Overall, good beginning cross stitch patterns that my 7 and 5 year old granddaughters were able to do with guidance. However, it is essential to purchase needle threaders for the project.It took a lot of effort to fit them in the frames, but it can be done.

Perfect for my granddaughter, she is 12. Perfect size, she gets overwhelmed with large craft projects.

It doesn't give you instructions on how to put the embroidery hoops together....

Not only does it have a graph for the pattern, the colors are printed on the Aida cloth. Great for beginners. Contains 5 small patterns with frames.

I really like the variety of printed cross stitch kits including needles, thread, and printed canvases, especially for young children with adequate supervision. The only thing I would include that wasn’t is a few needle threaders. Also, I don’t like that the printed colors sometimes vary from the thread color described in the instructions.

I would not advise this for young children.

The pattern is stamped onto the canvas. It is a great way to introduce cross-stitch to beginners. It is a well-thought out kit.
