This thing is great. Easy to use, and affordable. It has pliers, knife, scissors, small and large flat screwdrivers, Phillips screwdriver, awl, and can and bottle openers. I really like how the scissors and knife are available without having to open the pliers like most pliers-including multitools. The plastic on half of the outside may be a turn off for people that think it will be cheaply made, but it is absolutely not. I've never experienced the tool locks failing (every tool has a lock, except the pliers obv), and it's not too heavy to carry around in your pocket all day. Just don't forget, a pocket multi-colored isn't meant to replace your whole toolbox. This knife is made to be of use in a pinch, but not for any super heavy duty situations.

i’ve been wanting a leather man but didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars so i got this and it has worked amazingly! i’m very happy with all the tools included nothing has broken and i’ve had it for about 8 months and used it a ton. Well worth the money it’s a very versatile tool and very compact for carrying! Bonus that the pink is so cute.

Really damn surprised how well it is for 20$ it's got replaceable wire cutters that pass each other for a sure cut. My friend has a first gen wave he was a telephone tech for years, he complained he didn't like the original waves wire cutters because they didn't cut well. And they had a little gap. Which is also present in my sidekicks wire cutters. The wave plus fixed that along with the surge. I bought this as "maybe I'll gift it to my friend" since she works as a journeyman electrician. Hasn't picked up a multi tool yet. I was originally going to get her a Leatherman rebar because it has great pliers and wire cutters that are replaceable. And it's all locking tools. Tho I was concerned not spring loaded pliers not as convenient to use. I saw this and with a week to go before her birthday figured worth testing and looking at first before decide. And it's only 20 bucks. It's got features like the most about the wave surge and sidekick. The big outside scissors like the surge. One outside locking blade quite like the shape of. Beefier pliers then the wave plus. A locking fullsize Philips driver I do think the can opener and the bottle opener could of just taken one tool instead of 2. The awl isn't all that great. And the locking mechanism on the inside tools only works on the Philips and the seatbelt cutter. The rest can be defeated with a moderate bit of force. The locking mechanism for the outside blade and scissors works perfectly. It's also only 22$... With a pocket clip. Spring loaded pliers and replaceable wire cutters. It's a touch bigger then the wave +. But I literally spent as much on not included pocket clips for both my wave+ and surge. I think it will end up being a good beater tool for my friend that I'm sure noone will snag from her because it's got pink panels on it. Tho I might still get her the rebar as well.

smooth action folding and unfolding and it has the tools you most commonly need in a pinch it is also sized closely enough to name brand tools that there’s no issue finding a belt sheath for it. Also like the mint green color.

I was really hoping this could be a $20 Multitool I could recommend to people who wanted an EDC tool. At 8.5 oz its a little heavier than I would like but the toolset is actually damn near perfect. The fact that all the tools lock is very important. And I can say with certainty that the scissors perform far far better than the Leatherman Wingman..in fact I'd say they cut on par with the Surge..which is really saying something! If this could be both thinner and lighter It would make Leatherman Sweat.
