Great option if gluten free...
I use this product to make waffles and cupcakes and it works great. However, it's pretty dense so I mix it with almond flour when baking.

I love this brand I use all the time to bake with cookies, pie crust, other deserts ect and make waffles and pancakes they turn out delicious pancakes fluffy the Waffles or crisp.And no round up and Gluten-free 👍
