Leg Cramps Tablets

Some reviews are more helpful than others. If you have ever had an excruciating hamstring or inner thigh cramp you'll appreciate this post. I used to drink salt water and stretch, but sometimes stretching is near impossible as any movement causes more pain. That's why I keep 2 bottles of this around. One in the bedroom and one in my dialysis bag. Two of these pills usually does the job. Quick and easy. Pop them in your mouth and they dissolve in seconds. Legs feel better almost immediately! To my taste buds they taste like celery. Do yourself a favor buy a bottle. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have!

I do love these when I have leg cramps. I like that they dissolve easily and don't taste bad at all. I don't mind the texture and I never noticed a scent and no side effects. I am able to go back to sleep unless the cramps just don't quit. But they do seem to work quickly most of the time and give me good paid relief. If you've ever been woken from a deep sleep with bad leg cramps you'll understand, it is awful and these are a great thing to have on hand.

Need these because I take water pills for edema in my right leg. I also wear compression socks which also help. However, I had such bad legs cramps from the water pills that my doctor prescribed Soma 350 mg pills to release the cramps. That worked but that is an opioid. I reduced water pill from 40mg everyday to 20mg every other day. This has reduced the leg cramps and this OTC med takes care of any leg cramps that do occur.

Got leg cramps? This starts working as fast as it possibly could. Been using this for years. Magnesium oral liquid drops and electrolytes are also good additions but sometimes you need more targeted relief in the moment and this takes care of those times when you wake up in pain. Keep this on your bedside table so that you don’t have to walk to your medicine cabinet to get to it. It also doesn’t have a strong smell.

Works great. Wish it would dissolve a little quicker but nevertheless it does the job. Takes 2 to do a better job of stopping cramps in legs and hands.

Put two pills under your tongue, they dissolve, and your leg cramp goes away within minutes. Amazing product.

Fast working for leg cramps. Easy to take and store. Helps take under tongue but my natural path also suggested adding a few to bottled water and needing less to do the job. It has helped too.

I can usually control the nighttime leg cramps by taking enough magnesium glycinate before bed and some electrolytes during the day and doing some leg stretches and toe bounces. However, there are those days where I have overdone it and I know it might not be enough and so I just take one of these reliable tablets preventativelyand let it sit my tongue and absorb through the mucus membrane of my mouth. Don’t swallow with water or you will lose the effect. They really work. If I ever wake up with a cramp, I just keep this next to my bed and can easily take one in the night. You would do well to not let this get contaminated when stored by something really smelly, like perfume or spices and to keep it out of the sun.
