Presidium Multi Tester III (PMuT III) All-in-One Instrument for Testing Diamonds, Moissanites and Diamond Simulants

Initially I thought this multi tester was unreliable. Turns out I was the weak link. After reading other reviews and watching the product videos, I realized I wasn’t putting adequate pressure on the stone. After being mindful of the stone cleanliness, probe angle, and pressure, I’m identifying stones with precision. This is a prograde device which does require practice and patience. I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

Very accurate tester. All my moissanite jewelry came up as moissanite. All my diamond jewelry came up as diamond. Does the job. 5/5

Good product, just make sure you center the tip from the diamonds and hold the reader 90 degrees for accurate reading

Fits well in the hand. Seems quite accurate, but testing tiny stones is a challenge because the probe can touch the metal and in a few cases the very tiny stones registered as moissanite. I like that cz doesn't register and that white topaz and white sapphire show as simulants. AC adapter needs to be purchased seperately.

Accurate BUT doesn’t last long - at this price point, I should’ve gotten years out of this tool. However, in less than a year of use, the “ready” light just blinks and it never officially turns on. Very disappointing for the $220+ price point. When it did work, it was great. It was easy to use and very easy to carry around with you. I just fully expected it to last longer.

Husband wanted me to buy this to keep kin my purse for the "haters" he got me a big diamond ring lol . Works very well everytime def worth the price, not some crappy one u can get.

i was trying to communicate with the support before i give my feedback hoping to resolve my concern, this product is pricey, i was actually expecting this to be solid material not easy to crack, because whe i put the batteries in i notice how easy or crackable it is, and i notice that there is a power input that is not included in the package since its pricey, and when i used it the tip almost cut or broken coz its like softy tip metal, so i check the products manual tru barcode, so the protip is replaceable meaning for this price there should have been extra tip just incase it get damage, i should have chose the lesser pricey one they look the same but i still bought this hoping and expecting this to be worth the money,

El producyo aparenta muy buena calidad, pero no es lo que promete. Tengo casos en los que un diamante HPHT es leido como diamante cuando esta sobre la placa de aluminio suministrada y una vez montado en oro lo lee como Moissanita. Casos en los que pequeños diamantes naturales los lee como Moissanitas. Y casos en los que a las Moissanitas las lee como diamantes.. Aun limpiando, aun cambiando pilas, aun verificando angulo de toma, aun con todo lo que se recomienda hacer, lls errores de lectura son persistentes, por lo que no es confiable su uso. para eso, vale mas comprar un diamond selector de 150 pesos (conductividad termica) y un Moissanita terster de 150 pesos (conductividad electrica) y con menos del 10% de lo que vale este producto tienes los mismos o incluso mejores resultados de lectura, ya que con esos aparatos baratos si temgo lecturas persistentes de lo que se trata.

It's a little expensive but it's doze the job well.
