Great quality! I love to give this to my son during cold and flu season to give him immune system an extra boost. I mix it into his juice or milk and it dosent alter the taste and he drinks it right up.

I’ve been using this for my kids along with a combination of other Mary Ruth’s vitamins and I feel like my kids don’t get as sick as they normally would! We’ve struggled with the flavors of other vitamins, so I was happy to see that they take these without a fight! I would definitely recommend this!
